If you are concerned about a package being stolen, we recommend that your shipping address matches a secure location.

Theft of shipments can occur in many delivery areas. Pawpz will guarantee your package until it is confirmed delivered.  We are not responsible for your package once it is scanned and delivered. If you believe your package has been stolen, please check your tracking information first to confirm the delivery. If your tracking information states delivered and it was not, we ask that you call your local delivery office to inquire about your package and file a claim. We cannot file a claim on your behalf once it is scanned and delivered due to privacy laws. 

We are NOT responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

-Shipping the product(s) back to us is solely at your expense as we do not provide pre-paid return labels

 

-Shipping charges, that you paid at time of purchase, are also non-refundable.
